Terms of Cancellation of Reservation
- Cancellation of your reservation you can do by writing us by E-mail: laguna@lagunavillageresort.com or on tel: +359 877 899 424
- If you cancel confirmed reservation up to 15 (fifteen) days before arrival, the client does not owe a penalty.
- Upon cancellation of the reservation within less than 15 (fifteen) days before the placement or in case of failure to appear on the day of accommodation, the amount paid in advance on your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered canceled.
- Upon leaving Camping and Villas resort “Laguna” Earlier than the reservation made, the prepaid amount is not repaid.
